What is …?
Most airlines require specific information to be attached to your pet(s) crate during travel. This handy sheet includes all of the essential information that they may require in one well-designed form.
For our Domestic and Basic clients, this is a link to a template you can complete yourself.
For premium clients, we’ll complete and include it in your ‘Ready to Print Flight Day File’
To clear up any confusion at the veterinarian’s office, we created a checklist specific to your situation, including every step that will need to be completed by the veterinarian. We also include any forms that the veterinarian will need to complete and any specific instructions that they will need to know to prepare your pet for importation
For Premium clients, We provide the veterinarian checklist in 6 different languages to make it more accessible to your veterinarian.
For Premium Clients, this unlimited benefit allows you to give us your complicated or unique questions, and our team will invest their time researching answers for you. For example, “Where is the highest-rated dog park in Boston?” or “Where is my favorite dog food sold in Chicago?”
For our Domestic and Basic Clients, you can purchase a limited number of these research requests as an add-on service.
For Premium Clients, once your flight tickets are purchased, we’ll sit on hold with your airline to ensure that your pet is added to your reservation. Once added, we’ll send you a confirmation e-mail. Who really likes talking to airline customer service anyway?
For Premium Clients, We’ll complete any non-medical forms (that do not need to be completed by your veterinarian) and either submit them on your behalf or e-mail them to you to be signed and sent.
For Premium Clients, One of our team members will manually review your paperwork, documents, and tasks to confirm everything is in order before your flight. We’ll send you an e-mail after our review to give you the confidence that you are ready for your flight.
For Premium Clients, In addition to our manual review of your paperwork, we’ll combine your documents, along with any forms we completed on your behalf and your completed Pet Information Sheet, into a single PDF ‘Ready to Print’ Flight Day File. Just hit print and put it in your bag before heading to the airport.
Additional Services for Purchase
Get a packet with all the important information for getting your pet settled in at your final destination.
The packet includes maps of the arrival airport, pet taxis, local doggie daycares, pet-friendly hotels, emergency veterinarians, etc.
While we thoroughly explain each step and provide a detailed timeline and checklist, sometimes we all need a little extra assistance, especially for particularly challenging travel. This add-on allows you to ask specific questions about your trip that would require some research, such as “Where is my favorite dog food sold in Topeka, Kansas?” or “Where is the best dog park in Chicago, Illinois?”
