We are Larry and Daphne French, owners of Happy Pets Travel and the travel blog OurFrenchTravels.com.
We have traveled to 14 countries and 25 US States, with many more on our bucket list. We have a Domestic American Short Hair Cat and a Siberian Husky Dog who love traveling with us. Because of that, we’ve had to become experts on pet travel requirements
We are worldwide travelers,
And we are loyal pet owners.
The more we traveled, the more we realized how difficult importing, exporting, and traveling with our pets could be. So, we got good at understanding the process and the requirements to ensure smooth and stress-free travel in the future.
We’d often find that others would ask us for our experience.
So, we wanted to provide these services more broadly to others. We created a way to share this information more broadly with other travelers using our previous personal and professional experience
Information Technology
With a college degree in Information Technology, Larry has the know-how to build websites and technical dashboards to display the information in a format that is easy to use, navigate, and visually appealing.
LEAN Certification
Daphne has a Green-Belt LEAN Certification, a program focused on eliminating additional or duplicative work steps to create the most efficient process toward completion with the least amount of work required.
Event Planners
With a background in event planning, we have participated in planning everything from galas, fundraisers, community events, and even our wedding. We use this planning background in our checklist designs.
Pet Parents
We feel confident in the advice and resources we provide our clients because we have used all of the information from our travels to create this service. We continue to use it every time we travel.
