This privacy policy will regulate the policy of Happy Pets Travel, a private company, regarding the maintaining of information about users of the website www.happypetstravel.com (the “Website”) and about the services offered by Happy Pets Travel (the “Services”).

Why We Collect This Information

Some of the uses of the website and/or the services provided by Happy Pets Travel require registration, in the framework of which the user will be required to provide personal information, including and without limitation, full name and email address (the “registration”). Therefore, the user hereby acknowledges that the personal details that are given to Happy Pets Travel upon registration are provided voluntarily, with the user’s consent.
The user’s personal information and/or personal data and/or identification details (the “personal information”), which Happy Pets Travel will receive from the user when he/she registers and/or orders any services, are intended to allow Happy Pets Travel to contact the user, on an ongoing basis, and without any errors and/or faults, which would prevent the user from receiving the information, products and/or services which will be ordered and/or acquired by the user.

How Some Information is Collected

Credit Details & Payment

Payments on the website and/or to Happy Pets Travel shall be determined by the terms & conditions of Happy Pets Travel.
Payments can be made via debit/credit card or via PayPal.
Charging users’ debit or credit cards on or off the website shall be made through an authorized payment service provider. Happy Pets Travel does not retain any payment information provided by users on its website or in its database. All payment processing, data and details are secured by an authorized third-party payment service provider.
In order to verify the payment service provider’s privacy policy, the user should review so at the payment service provider’s website.
Happy Pets Travel reserves the right to change the payment service provider with whom it works at any time without notice.

Use Of The Information Collected

The information provided by the user is subject to the provisions of this privacy policy and to applicable law. Happy Pets Travel will avoid as much as possible, knowingly providing information to third parties, except to companies, agencies, and organizations in which we have a contractual agreement, in order to complete the services purchased through Happy Pets Travel.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Happy Pets Travel may transfer information about you to the following:
- Airline companies – for the purchase of tickets and reservation of a flight place for the user and/or his/her pet.
- Custom brokers/agents (domestic and/or foreign).
- Agents in the United States and abroad, with whom Happy Pets Travel is working in cooperation (shuttle services, boarding services, travel agents, etc.).
- Government employees (domestic and/or foreign) – in order to obtain an entry permit for the user’s pet.
Happy Pets Travel may use the information provided by users on the website and the information collected about patterns of use on the website, to improve the services provided on the website and/or in any other way, to contact you if necessary in accordance with the Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasts) (Amendment No. 40), Law, 2008 (“Spam Act”), or to analyze and provide statistical information to third parties. Such third parties and/or their employees and/or their representatives are prohibited from using that personal information for any other purpose, except as set forth above in this section.
Happy Pets Travel will be entitled to occasionally send you email advertisements, in accordance with the provisions of the Spam Act.
Happy Pets Travel shall be entitled to make any use of comprehensive statistical information collected over the website (such as gathering general information about website traffic, which does not refer to any individual user).
Happy Pets Travel will deliver the information gathered about the user, if it shall be obligated to do so by court order and/or in the event that it shall face the threat of legal proceedings (criminal or civil) relating to actions taken by the user on the website. In such event, Happy Pets Travels may provide the user’s information to the party claiming to be harmed by the user and/or in accordance with a judicial order, without prior notice.

In addition, if the information in Happy Pets Travel‘s databases is used for the purpose of personally soliciting the user, based on his/her affiliation to a population group that is determined by one or more characteristics of people whose names are included in the database (“solicitation for commercial purposes”), then the user is entitled under the EU’s GDPR Law to demand (in writing) that the information pertaining to the user be deleted from the database.
In the case of the aforementioned request, Happy Pets Travel will delete from its databases the information it needs for solicitation for commercial purposes, as stated above. However, Happy Pets Travel will continue storing on its databases any information required for the management of its business, including documentation of commercial and other activities the user made on the website, in accordance with the applicable laws, but such information will not be used for the purpose of soliciting the user.
In the event that the user permits Happy Pets Travel to photograph the user’s pet, and/or in the event that the user will send a picture of his/her pet to Happy Pets Travel, the user thereby permit Happy Pets Travel to make commercial use of this photo, including uploading it to its website, to any social media page(s), to its email messages, or to any other marketing material, without Happy Pets Travel being obliged to pay the user any consideration for such use of the photos.
Suppose the user provide a review of his/her experience with the company’s service. In that case, the user thereby permits Happy Pets Travel to make commercial use of this review, including uploading it to the website, to any social media page(s), to email messages, or to any other marketing material, without Happy Pets Travel being obliged to pay the user any consideration for such use of such a review.

Intellectual Property

Happy Pets Travel does not wish to receive from the user any content or information that is confidential or protected by any rights, and the user is hereby required to refrain from uploading such content to the website or to publish it thereon. Therefore, Happy Pets Travel will treat any content or information provided and/or published on the website or through any other media (e.g. forums, comments, etc., if any) as non-confidential, in which the user has no intellectual property rights. Note that when sending content and information for publication, the user grants Happy Pets Travel a royalty-free license, unlimited in time, to display, reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, transmit, and make available to the public and to make any other use of the content, at Happy Pets Travel‘s discretion.
